Code table created for the needs of 'Central and Eastern Europe'. Part of a group of tables defined by a set of ISO / IEC 8859 standard (ISO - International Organization for Standardization; IEC - International Electrotechnical Commission). This code table used by most Unix-like system, and Mac OS and OS Amiga Workbench. Additional contribution incompatibilities between Windows and Unix systems, a gap that should be bridged Unicode tags UTF-8, which in the version for Windows systems has a label 1250 Latin Extended. A particular problem had Web developers who have used this code to us specific graphemes displayed properly in other climates. It's in the Windows environment meant 'manually' enter special characters or translation designed using a dedicated tool like 'EniG. Change Code Page'.
